Graduates begin with a week-long induction, followed by placements across different departments to help them understand the full development process. They then return to their teams to begin focused training, which can include starting a professional accreditation.📈

We wrapped up the week with a fantastic session from our Strategic partner Money Ready, focusing on financial resilience, followed by introductions to the Berkeley Academy and Heath & Safety.

The day began with an introduction to Sales & Marketing. Followed by our Goosechase treasure hunt, which had teams visiting different divisional Berkeley sales and marketing suites - solving clues and capturing their journey through fun photos and videos! 🪿🤳

We spent the morning with the Berkeley Foundation at one of their charity partners, Streets of Growth, learning more about the incredible impact of our partnerships with inspiring charities and how we can play a part in making a difference.

In the afternoon, our new starters gained valuable insights into PLOY, Berkeley benefits, and our approach to equity, diversity & inclusion- rounded off with a unique and engaging session on mental health through comedy.

On Monday, they had a day filled with insightful presentations, giving our new starters a deep dive into our culture, vision and opportunities ahead.

The day wrapped up with a networking session, where our graduates and apprentices connected with their mentors/buddies - the perfect way to start building strong relationships and support networks.

As part of National Apprenticeship Week, Nabil Anas, has created a short glimpse into his day as a Commercial Apprentice.
